Hi all! Happy New Year!! It's looking to be a fabulous year for Artbreakers as we begin the process of designing and coordinating this year's events. We have our three Inaugural events from last year, The Coastal Ride for the Cause, In The Pink with Ponce Home Medical and the Allegro, and The Pavilion Turns Pink all coming up this Spring and into October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month. There are a few others that have sprung up, all portend to be fun and raise awareness of our presence in the community. We'd love to hear from you, we are your organization in St. John's County, use us to help you and your friends or family! You are the reason we exist, and the reason we work so hard to help!
Please visit our website for details on upcoming events!

Hi there, we're Artbreakers, Artists in the Fight Against Cancer, which really means that I am a breast cancer survivor, Pier Fitts, and my partner, Gaye Jones is one as well. We would like to open up a dialogue that includes those of you who are currently going through cancer, those of you who are close to someone going through cancer, those of you who have lost someone close to cancer. You know, we live it every day in our chosen line of work, that is we work with cancer patients, we listen to cancer people and want to create what you need in our community. We (Gaye and I) are completely commited to making our organization work, and one way that we can do that is by asking all of you to help us in our efforts, we need money (you can donate via PayPal on our website, www.artbreakers.org ) so that we can promote the good works that are needed in our community. Our mantra, as tired as everyone is of hearing it, "If everyone gives the poor man a thread, he will have a shirt."
We know times are difficult, but we think that philanthropy, in a measurably small way (one or two dollars!) is feasible and changes peoples lives. It happens all the time, by hugs and smiles, and often just some financial help. Help us help others in our community, or yours, and let us know what's on your mind. Thanks so much, and Happy Holidays!!! Warmly, Pier and Gaye
